There are 6 steps to the enrollment process :
SCHEDULE THE PARENT / GUARDIAN INTERVIEW
Parent will receive a confirmation email requesting a parent interview be scheduled.

IN-PERSON INTERVIEW WITH PARENT / GUARDIAN
Please bring the student’s IEP or diagnosis from a private physician, as well as any available testing or evaluations for review. This appointment is for the parent/guardian only. Please do not bring the student at this time.
DIRECTOR – STUDENT APPOINTMENT
After the Parent Interview is completed, you will schedule an appointment for the Director to meet the student.
DETERMINATION & REGISTRATION FEE
Upon meeting the student and observing them in our classroom environment, a determination will be made if services can be provided. If accepted, parents will pay a $100.00 Registration Fee in order to complete the application process.
STUDENT REGISTRATION
Parent meets with our Parent Liaison/Enrollment Specialist to discuss funding/scholarship information and submission of the EHA application for registration.
Tuition at EHA Is private pay; however, we do accept some of the STEP UP FOR STUDENTS scholarships toward payment. If you have been approved for a scholarship, you will need to bring that information with you. If you have not applied for your child’s scholarship, please visit the website at stepupforstudents.org for the Unique Abilities scholarship and apply.
